The Headrush tuner looks like Helix's 1.0 tuner (before the top bar was added). The biggest difference I can see is that the indicators fade in and out instead of flashing on/off, like the Helix does. In my opinion, this is a tuner done right. Jump to 16:45 to see the tuner in action. The HeadRush Multi-Effects Pedalboard features a finely tuned quad-core processor and it’s powered by exclusive Eleven HD Expanded DSP software, so the HeadRush Pedalboard delivers the most versatile, realistic-sounding and responsive amplifier, cabinet, microphone and FX models ever found in a floorboard guitar FX processor.
Hey guys. I don't know if this is the proper place to ask this, but I've been trying to improve my djent tone with my POD HD500, and I'm honestly starting to get sick of its low-quality amp/cab sims. I've switched to a 9-string guitar (I know, I know) and I just can't get anything to sound good on it. My job is about to offer a lot of overtime due to a major project, and I was thinking of saving up for a better effects/amp sim pedalboard. I know the major choices in the market are the Line 6 Helix, Fractal Audio AX8, and the Headrush pedalboard, but I'm wondering if they're actually that much better for djent than the POD HD, and if so, which of the three I should get. Thoughts?
